Programme highlights
The Corporate Finance course offers an immersion in a very intensive working environment, combining online and blended learning, case studies, oral presentations, and group work. It also includes a conference programme for an operational vision of many corporate finance practices.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in business games, workshops on current business issues such as the M&A Rumour Simulation Game, the Holt Valuation Challenge, the Crowdfunding Valuation Case and the pricing of next IPOs. Hands-on experiences that will expand their financial knowledge and prepare them as future managers.
The students will enhance their financial acumen and business insight, engage in complex decision-making at all stages of corporate development. They will also develop their critical thinking on how to make adequate valuations and investment choices.
Students learn the advanced knowledge needed for careers in large corporations and multinationals as well as in transaction services, corporate banking, venture capital, private equity or asset management. The course will give you access to a wide range of opportunities in different industries.
A full English curriculum with professors, lecturers and a network of international partners will enable students to interact in a globalised environment with awareness of their local community and the wider world.
Students will work on how international corporation deal with disruption by investing in start-ups. They will have the opportunity to exchange on different subject with corporate investment directors from organisations such as Orange Venture, Jet Blues Ventures, Saudi Aramco Ventures, EDF Ventures, Bosch Ventures, etc.

Base campus : Marseille
Situated at the gateway to the Calanques National Park, the Luminy Campus has been completely renovated in line with the sustainable Mediterranean buildings approach within a beautiful natural environment. It is around 30 minutes away from the town centre by bus and a few kilometres away from Cassis, a small attractive town in Provence celebrated for its cliffs and Calanques but also its wines produced in the region.
Entry requirements
Depending on your country of origin, we normally consider the following qualifications for entry to our postgraduate long track programme; Bachelor Degree, Licence, Diplome d'Ingenieur or a completed M1 from a recognised institution / university / college. For the long track, the requirements are 3 years of higher education attested by a diploma.
Entirely taught in English, students are required to take an English language test to demonstrate their proficiency or have at least a year of work experience in an English-speaking country.
