Several means of financing are cumulative and your programme, through co-funding, can be 100% funded.
Our admission team will help you build the best financing options, which can include funding from your company, from public organisations for French residents, from banks (student loans at special rates) and scholarships.
Several options are available and can be combined:
1 - Company Financing
Our advice is to convince your employer that your studies will give them an added value. Reassure your intentions by signing a contractual agreement (clause formation). Offer to also use your account of DIF, holidays, RTT, Saturdays, etc.
With support by the Fongecif
The employee is removed from the company's effective staff/payroll. Maintaining of the salary varies according to the time worked in the company (part-time or full-time).
The company chooses to invest in the development of its employees for the future development of the employee and for an evolution of the employee's functions.
Training plan of the company
Each year, employees be allowed to take training in an MBA as part of large-scale employee training development, to be kept in their jobs and grow within the company.
The company has the right to look at the skills acquired and developed during the MBA.
2 - Financing through a public foundation (OPCA)
In the case of a part-time Fongecif, several possibilities EXIST: Fongecif reimburses the company for the employee's salary days spent in courses. He/she may participate in training costs from zero to about 60%. Payment is made directly to Kedge BS following the receipt of the attendance certificate.
In the case of other organisations such as the Fafiec, Opcareg, Opacif, Agefos PME,… your company has to submit a file to its collector.
3 - Individual Right to Training (DIF)
This is the right of any employee to access the annual budget for vocational training during or outside working hours. Each employee acquires a right to 20 hours of training per year (or more in some cases), which can accumulate for up to 6 years (ie a maximum of up to 120 hours).
4 - Individual Financing
You may obtain a sponsorship for a part of your MBA by a third party
You then make your MBA the subject of research or consulting as part of the curriculum.
A consulting project can be presented and sold to a company in arguing the validation of the project by a team of teachers and a high level of consulting at a cost 50% lower than the market value for such services.
Tax reductions (for French residents)
Employees may deduct their real professional costs from their taxable income. Training costs are deductible and can be spread over 3 calendar years.
